Eric the Kidney

I had a kidney transplant on Wed 12 Mar 2008 and came home on Fri (Good) 21 Mar 2008.
This year (2008) Ruth and I went to see Bell Shakespeare's "As You Like It". Despite being 3 hours it was good. I love the way John Bell presents Shakespeare. See it if you can!

Out and about 2007

I went to the Maldon Folk Festival again and got really bad food poisoning on the first day and went home early!!

But I made up for it with a few other activities to finish 2007.

All went well, I am recovering at home, truly on the mend and back where I can reminisce over past adventures and look forward to future ones.

Australia Impressionist Exhibition, then MacBeth

I went to the Australia Impressionist Exhibition at the Ian Potter Centre for Australian Art with a new friend Susannah who I meet at the Blues Club camp.

A holiday at Mentone by Charles Conder [Art Gallery of South Australia]

I couldn't get over the excellent condition of the works displayed. I wished I had started in the morning then had a break for lunch and came back. It was too intense for just an afternoon.

Bell Shakespeare's MacBeth

The Bell Shakespeare's MacBeth was another highlight. I went with Ruth and we knew it would be good, but was just better!

Bluestone for New Years & camping at Stephensons Falls

This year (2007) will be a bit quieter I think. My health is still quite a large issue and I am waiting to get a few things sorted out.

I started with the Bluestone Festival to get me into the New Year, then camped at Stephensons Falls last weekend with Zack as Toosh had to do a shift.
